- The Site Supervisor oversees daily field operations, ensuring that each project is completed safely, on schedule, and to our high standards of quality. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials, and inspections while maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients. The Site Supervisor also troubleshoots issues, monitors progress, and upholds safety standards on every jobsite.
- Lead Carpenterexpand_more
- The Lead Carpenter serves as the hands-on expert in carpentry, managing smaller teams and completing advanced framing, finish work, cabinetry, and trim. This position interprets blueprints and drawings, ensures precision and craftsmanship, mentors apprentices or carpenters, and helps maintain both efficiency and quality on the jobsite.

- The Administrative Assistant provides essential office support that keeps projects and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling, client and vendor communication, preparing documents such as permits and contracts, tracking project timelines, organizing office systems, and assisting with bookkeeping or billing tasks as needed.
